To ensure the safety of all users, please make sure that the following safety instructions and rules are followed:

 

1. Do not take shoes, jewellery, glasses, badges, toys or any sharp object on the Bouncy Castle that could cause harm to persons or damage to the inflatable.

2. No eating, drinking or chewing gum while on the Bouncy Castle to avoid damage and/or choking. No food or drink are permitted on the castle at all times. If something is accidently spilt on the castle please wash off immediatly with a damp cloth and soapy water.

3. No jumping on to and hanging off the walls and netting of the castle

4. Strictly NO ADULTS must jump on our castles.

5. Absolutely no climbing or sitting on the walls of the Bouncy Castle as this is dangerous to all users.

6. No attempting somersaults, wrestling, fighting, pushing or behavior that could cause injury.

7. The entry step and/or slide base are not for bouncing as user could easily fall and sustain injury. These are for entry and exit purposes only

8. Do not allow anyone with a history of neck or back problems to use the Bouncy Castle, or equally anyone who is unwell.

9. During inflation and deflation it is prohibited for anyone to be on the Bouncy Castle as this is dangerous and could damage the Bouncy Castle.

10. In the Event of Rain we reserve the right to come out and pack up early. Our Bouncy Castles will not be used in Rain.

11. The castle deliverer, owners, and company will not be held responsible or liable in any case of injury, being major or minor, caused in relation to the bouncy castle, and it will be at the jumpers risk or the parent/guardians/or hirers risk and expense.

12. Please note prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Although we try to assure accuracy, Bouncing Castles cannot be responsible for typographical or photo error on our website or any other publication.
